At DIGI AD MART, we strive to provide high-quality online marketing services to meet your business needs. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are allowed.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service with DIGI AD MART by providing written notice through email or another documented communication method. Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel the service on the same day of purchase or initiation, you may be eligible for a full refund, depending on the service (see Refund Policy below).
Ongoing Services: For recurring services (e.g., monthly marketing services), cancellations must be submitted at least 20 Days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
Project-Based Services: For custom project-based services, cancellation is allowed before the project commencement. After the project has started, you may still cancel, but a fee may apply depending on the amount of work already completed.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Same-Day Refunds: Refunds are valid only if requested on the same day as the purchase or service initiation. After the same day, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultation fees, setup costs, or services where substantial work has already been completed, may not be eligible for refunds, even if canceled on the same day. These will be specified in the service agreement.
Partial Refunds: In cases where work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-10 Days and returned to the original payment method.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
Services already fully delivered and accepted by the client.
Costs incurred by DIGI AD MART for third-party services, which are non-refundable to us.
